2010 Mercury Grand Marquis LS

I am selling my 2010 Grand Marquis Ultimate Edition 34k miles. I have owned this car for about 2 years and I bought it with 25k miles from a very old person down in Georgia. From what I recall I am the 3rd owner (old guy before me was 2nd and the first owners were his sons in laws parents). The interior of the car I would say is a 9.5 out of 10 and the exterior I would give it an 8 out of 10.  Accident from the previous owner but everything was repaired 100% to new condition and the vehicle still has a clean title. Videos are full interior/exterior walk around of car and a small test drive. 2 keys/keyfobs are included.
Exterior; Front light was damaged and replaced but I never got the inside fixed. Where the light attaches to is damaged and needs to be repaired (watch my youtube video). Someone who is good with their hands can make a point to attach this to elsewhere in the car and a OEM replacement headlight from ford is dollars or so. Front struts on the hood don't hold the hood up when it is too cold (worked fine for me during summer). Other than the above there's a few scratches/marks on the car that you can see in my YouTube video that I am posting. Tires (michelin) still seem to have tread left and are due for a tire rotation on its next oil change (oil was just changed). The front mold pieces have fallen off (seem to be quite a common thing on all panther cars after several years).
-Front; Few scuff/scratches on the front and corner of the bumper (this was there when I bought the car from the grandpa dude)
-Left and Right Sides; Side mold pieces fell off. But other than that the sides are in very good condition
-Back: Few scratches on the top of the trunk and a few marks on the back fender (again all these were there from the previous grandpa I bought the car from)
-Roof:  Very Good Condition
Interior;
-Front; Excellent condition. No tear marks on the seats and leather is in excellent condition. All buttons work except the 1 button to make the passenger front seat recline (it does move forward/backward/up down) probably a switch needs replacing. Both front seats are power seats, heated seats and both have lumbar support. AC and Heat both work fine with no issues. Traction control is available and also pedal button as well (allows you to further extend the pedals if you're too tall or make them come closer to you if you're too short).
-Back; Excellent condition and pretty much never used (can be seen in video as well). Also all floor mats (original are included) and are in excellent condition. I have OEM covers on as to not get the interior dirty. There may be 1-2 marks on the interior floor of the car but they were there from the previous owner.
I accept Cash/Check but if paying by check then all funds must clear before the keys/title is transferred over.
